The built-in camera shows exactly where the celestial pole is and where your mount is pointing. By simply adjusting the set screws of your CEM120, you bring both points together. This gives you an extremely precise alignment - with no guesswork and no stress.
The iPolar does the heavy math for you. It automatically determines the exact position of the celestial pole based on date and time. Even if the Pole Star is not visible, the software helps you still align accurately. Thanks to the sensitive camera and wide field of view, the system works even in light pollution or thin cloud cover.

Note that the macOS software is paid and iOS requires additional accessories. Check in advance that your device meets the system requirements for smooth operation.
