Sky-Watcher SynScan V5 hand controller with EQ cable: upgrade or spare for your EQ mount

This set combines the SynScan V5 hand controller with the connection cable for Sky-Watcher equatorial GoTo mounts. With it, you replace an older V3 or V4 hand controller or a defective handset, and you benefit from the latest features: firmware updates via the internet, storage of alignment data, and a USB port for accessories and PC connection.

You can optionally connect the SynScan GPS module to the controller so that location and time are set automatically. Within a few minutes, the setup is connected and ready for use.

Compatibility

Suitable for equatorial SynScan mounts such as the EQ3 Pro, EQ5 Pro, HEQ5 Pro, and the EQ6 class. For alt-azimuth GoTo mounts and the Star Adventurer GTi, choose the version with the alt-az cable.
