At Telescoop.co.uk we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are all the details about our shipping process.

Stock indication on every product page

On each product page you will see a stock indicator:

Green dot → In stock. If you order on a business day, your order will be shipped the same day.
Orange sphere → Out of stock, but available again soon. Usually we ship within 1 to 2 weeks, sometimes before when the new stock is on its way.
Red sphere → Out of stock. Delivery time is usually similar to orange, but may vary depending on the supplier. Again, sometimes faster if the shipment is already on its way.

Shipping costs

Netherlands, Belgium & Germany → Free shipping For orders over €100.
Orders under €100 in NL/BE/DE → Shipping costs based on the chosen transport company.
Other countries → We ship worldwide. Outside NL/BE/DE a small shipping surcharge may apply depending on destination and weight.

Delivery times & processing

Orders placed on weekdays before 5 p.m. will be shipped the same day (if in stock).
Delivery in NL/BE/DE usually takes 1 business day.
For other countries within Europe, the delivery time is usually 2-5 business days, worldwide 5-10 working days, depending on the country and carrier.
Delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.

Shipping partners

We work with several reliable carriers, including:
UPS - PostNL - GLS - DHL - DPD

The carrier is automatically chosen based on your location, speed, cost and reliability.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code that allows you to follow your package until delivery.

Customs & import duties

For shipments outside the EU, local customs authorities may impose import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Check with your local customs in advance to see what rules apply.
