The Bresser N 305/1525 is the largest Dobsonian in the Messier line. The 305 mm mirror collects almost 2,000 times more light than the naked eye. Faint nebulae and distant galaxies that remain vague in smaller scopes show structure and detail here. For the visual observer, this is the point where deep-sky truly comes to life.

12-inch parabolic optics

The parabolic primary mirror delivers sharp, high-contrast images. The 1525 mm focal length (f/5) combines a wide field of view with enough focal length for planetary work. Under good conditions, magnifications of up to 300x and higher are achievable.

2.5-inch Hexafoc and well-thought-out rocker box

The Hexafoc focuser with a 2.5-inch clear aperture holds heavy 2-inch eyepieces stably. The rockerbox has metal connectors and is dismantable. This way, even a 12-inch can be transported, provided your car can handle the size.
