iOptron HAE69/HAE43/HAZ71 Pier Extension: 20 cm pier extension for the heavy strain wave mounts

This 20 cm MiniPier raises your HAE69, HAE43, or HAZ71 higher on a tripod or pier. This allows the telescope and camera to rotate freely around the legs, even when viewing close to the zenith.

The aluminum construction maintains the rigidity that these load capacities require.

Clearance for large pipes

Especially with strain wave mounts without a counterweight, the tube hangs close to the axis and quickly approaches the legs at steep pointing angles. Twenty centimeters of extra height solves that.

Assembly proceeds with the standard mounting of the aforementioned assemblies.
