Omegon Microspeed Guidescope 50 mm

The Omegon Microspeed Guidescope 50 mm is a compact, lightweight but highly accurate tracking scope for astrophotography. With an aperture of 50 mm and a focal length of 200 mm (f/4), this guidescope takes over the tasks of a classic, larger tracking scope - but in a much handier size. Thanks to modern, sensitive guiding cameras, you no longer need a heavy tracking scope, keeping your setup simpler and lighter.

The special feature of this guidescope is the built-in Microspeed worm gear focuser with a travel distance of 10 mm. This allows you to focus very precisely without the camera or eyepiece rotating while focusing. This keeps your chosen tracking star in focus at all times. The focuser operates smoothly and accurately thanks to its robust metal construction and knurled focusing ring.

The guidescope comes with matching tube rings and a Synta-Style mounting plate, so you can easily mount it on your telescope. This makes the Microspeed Guidescope 50 mm a reliable and flexible solution for both beginning and advanced astrophotographers.

Application
