TeleVue Imaging System 12.7 mm - Extension Tube

This 12.7 mm extension piece is developed for the TeleVue Imaging System and ensures the correct distance between the field lens and the CCD chip from your camera. Correct back focus is essential for field correctors and flatteners to perform optimally.

With this spacer ring, you add exactly 12.7 mm ready for your optical configuration within TeleVue 2.4" system.

Exact distance for optimal image quality

In astrophotography, a deviation of a few millimeters can already be visible in the form of edge unsharpness or distortion. This extension helps you accurately fine-tune the total distance in your imaging train to the prescribed specifications.

The ring is black anodized to minimize internal reflections and prevent contrast loss. It is a purely mechanical component with no optical elements.

Compatible with 2.4″ focusers

This extension is suitable for the TeleVue 2.4" system and connect to compatible 2.4″ focusers in system adapters.
