The Zoomion telescope 50 mm AZ (Spaceboy 500 AZ) is a compact refractor telescope for young explorers and beginners who want to take their first steps in stargazing. Thanks to the simple azimuthal mount, you intuitively point the telescope at any object in the sky or in nature. You move it just like a photo tripod: up, down, left and right, it could hardly be simpler.
With its 50 mm objective lens and 500 mm focal length, this lens telescope shows razor-sharp images of the moon, Jupiter or Saturn, as well as distant terrestrial objects. The image reversal lens and 90° zenith mirror ensure an upright image, which also makes the instrument suitable for daytime use - ideal for nature observation or bird watching.
The included 12.5mm and 20mm eyepieces offer different magnifications for alternating wide and detailed observations. Thanks to its lightweight tube construction and stable steel tripod, the telescope is easy to move and quick to set up. Within minutes you are already looking at the moon or a distant church steeple.
Everything you need to get started is included in the box. This makes the Spaceboy 500 AZ an excellent choice as a first telescope for children or families who want to explore the night sky together.
Application
The Zoomion telescope 50 mm AZ is suitable for:
- Bright observations of the moon and major planets
- Starry sky orientation for beginners
- Daytime nature observation thanks to reversing lens and zenith mirror
Not intended for deep-sky observation or astrophotography. For that, models with larger apertures are better suited.
