ZWO Spiral Focuser 1.25″
ZWO's Helical focuser is designed for extremely precise manual focus in compact setups. This model is particularly suitable for use with a off-axis guider (OAG) or small astro cameras where space is limited but precision is crucial.
On the telescope side, the focuser has a female T2 thread (M42x0.75) and on the output side a 1.25-inch mount as well as a male T2 thread - offering versatile compatibility with eyepieces, planetary cameras and guiding solutions.
Thanks to the spiral mechanism, the connected accessory rotates not along while focusing, preserving the orientation of sensors or prisms. The desired focus position can be secured with a clamping screw to prevent shifting.
With a displacement of 6 mm and a fine adjustment of 0.1 mm, this focuser is well suited for applications where micron precision is desired, without motorization.
