The Skywatcher AC 90/900 AZ-3 is ideal for beginners and children who want to discover their first stars. The achromatic lens corrects most color errors, so stars and planets look bright and natural. With a length of 900 mm and a 90 mm lens, you will see the Moon in detail and Saturn with its rings clearly.

Clear image with lots of detail

Thanks to the f/10 ratio, objects remain sharp even at higher magnifications. Jupiter shows its cloud bands and large red spot, Mars shows subtle color differences. The Moon can be admired from crater to crater. During the day you can do nature observations with the included Amici prism.

AZ-3 mount for smooth tracking

The azimuthal AZ-3 mount moves smoothly and remains stable. You easily adjust horizontally and vertically, so you follow objects effortlessly. The tripod is adjustable from 71 to 121 cm, so you can always watch comfortably, sitting or standing.

Ready to use and versatile

The telescope comes complete with two eyepieces, a prism and a Red Dot finder. So you can get started right away. The focuser allows you to focus and keep your image stable. Later you can use the telescope as a tracking scope with a larger instrument. That way it grows with your experience.
