Return and Cancellation Policy

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (not the carrier), take physical possession of the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract. You can do this by e-mail, by post or by using the return form on our website. You can use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of the use of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel, you will receive a refund of all payments, including the original shipping charges (except for any additional charges for non-standard delivery).
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal, but not before we have received the goods or you have demonstrated that you have returned them.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund.

Return Policy

After canceling your order, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Notice: we offer no free returns to. The cost of returning your home to our warehouse is at your own expense. These are usually about €7.25 per package. Please consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

You will be refunded the full purchase price (including the original shipping cost) once we receive the product in good condition.

Return conditions

• The product must be returned, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories.
• If the product is damaged, shows signs of use or the packaging has been opened more than necessary to view the product, depreciation may be charged.
• So handle the product carefully and use proper packaging when returning it.

Return Procedure

1. Report your return via info@telescoop.nl.
2. Attach a copy of your invoice or order confirmation to the package.
3. Pack the product carefully to avoid damage during transport.
4. We will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving the return, provided the product is received in good condition.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products created, customized or personalized just for you.
• Products whose seals have been broken after delivery and cannot be returned for hygienic or health reasons.
