Optolong Filters Clip Filter for Nikon Full Frame UHC is designed for Nikon full-frame DSLR cameras and offers an effective way to combat light pollution. The filter is inserted directly into the camera body, allowing you to flexibly combine it with both Nikon lenses and telescopes via a T-ring.

The UHC (Ultra High Contrast) design allows the main emission lines of deep-sky objects to pass through, such as H-alpha, H-beta and OIII, while effectively blocking interfering artificial light from sodium and mercury lamps. As a result, the sky background appears darker and nebulae, star clusters and galaxy fields are clearly captured with greater contrast. Even in areas with significant light pollution, it remains possible to use longer exposure times without disturbing overexposure.

Because the filter is placed inside the camera body, it also keeps your sensor extra protected from dust. The compact design and multiple optical coating ensure maximum light transmission and true-to-life color reproduction.

Application
