Omegon M48 to 2 inch Adapter

Omegon M48 to 2 inch Adapter makes it easy to use accessories with M48 threads in a 2″ focuser. This compact adapter is a practical solution in astrophotography as you can connect filters, flatteners or cameras with M48 connection directly to your telescope.

When combined with a DSLR or CCD camera (via a T-ring), the adapter turns into a stable 2″ camera adapter. Thanks to the integrated M48 filter thread, you can also directly use 2″ filters, such as CLS or UHC filters, to improve the contrast in your shots.

The adapter's slim design adds only 2.5 mm of optical path length. This keeps the focus position virtually the same, which is essential for telescopes with limited back focus. The fully blackened interior prevents stray light and ensures high contrast in your images.
