Omegon CS-Mount Front Piece without IR-cut Filter

Omegon CS-Mount Front Piece without IR-cut Filter is a replacement front piece for various CMOS astro cameras. It replaces your camera's existing front piece and provides a CS-Mount connection instead of the standard C-Mount.

Many astro cameras come standard with a C-Mount, but wide-angle lenses often require a CS-Mount to focus correctly. With this front piece, you adjust the flange distance and make your camera compatible with CS-Mount wide-angle lenses.

Unlike the version with IR-cut filter, this front piece is completely neutral and contains no filter. This gives maximum light transmission and makes it particularly suitable for situations where you want to choose your own filters, for example in deep-sky astrophotography with specific narrow-band or wide-band filters.
