Bresser Mount Messier EXOS-2 EQ GoTo is a precise and robust equatorial mount that combines stability with modern GoTo technology. Designed for both visual observation and astrophotography, this mount is at the heart of numerous Messier telescopes.

The EXOS-2 is built around a carrying capacity of 12 kg, making it suitable for optics up to 203 mm aperture - such as the popular Newton 150/750 or 203/1000, and refractors up to 127 mm. The axes feature double radial ball bearings, which ensures smooth movements and minimal backlash. Thanks to the worm gear mechanism tracking is extremely accurate, essential for long exposures during astrophotography.

The integrated GoTo System from Bresser helps even novice observers find thousands of celestial objects in minutes. At the touch of a button, the controller automatically locates planets, star clusters, nebulae or galaxies and effortlessly positions the telescope at a speed of 2° per second. The database contains more than 100,000 objects.

The illuminated lcd hand control with adjustable backlight is intuitive to use and features a built-in flashlight - useful while changing eyepieces or reading star charts in the dark.

The mount is equipped with a steel tripod with adjustable legs for optimal stability and includes a 4.5 kg counterweight. With the integrated ST-4 autoguider port the EXOS-2 is fully prepared for automated guiding during photography.
