The Baader Filters H-alpha CMOS f/2 Highspeed 1.25″ is designed for modern CMOS cameras and high-speed optical systems such as RASA and HyperStar. This filter is precisely matched to the Hα emission line of 656.3 nm and optimized for an f/2 light cone so that transmission does not shift with extremely fast optics.
The multilayer hard coating offers exceptional light transmission (>90%) within a bandwidth of approximately 6.5 nm. As a result, Hα emissions in nebulae are captured razor-sharp, while light pollution and continuum light are almost completely suppressed.
Application:
Ideal for emission nebulae such as the Rosette Nebula, Veil Nebula or California Nebula.
Compatible with 1.25″ filter wheels and suitable for CMOS cameras and refractors up to f/2.
