ZWO Tripod TC40 for AM5 / AM3

The ZWO Tripod TC40 is specially designed as a stable base for the ZWO AM3 and AM5 harmonic mounts. Thanks to its carbon fiber construction, the tripod is light yet very sturdy, with a load capacity of up to 50 kg. This makes it suitable for both compact refractors and larger astrophotography systems with accessories.

A good tripod is essential for stable observations and sharp shots. Whereas an unstable base quickly causes vibrations, the TC40 actually provides a vibration-free setup and maximum performance from your telescope and mount.

Designed for mobile use
Weighing only 2.3 kg and with a transport length of 50 cm, you can easily take the tripod with you when traveling or to a dark location. The legs are foldable and height adjustable from 47 to 80 cm. For extra stability, use the included weight bags, which you simply fill with sand or stones.

The tripod features rubber non-slip feet and can be combined with the ZWO pier extensions (PE160 / PE200) for additional height.
