Omegon SC to T2 Adapter

Omegon SC to T2 Adapter is an extremely short adapter that allows you to easily connect cameras and accessories with T2 threads to telescopes with SC threads. Suitable for Schmidt-Cassegrain, ACF and EdgeHD telescopes.

Many SC to T2 adapters are relatively long, often causing placement or even focus problems. This Omegon adapter elegantly solves that with an optical path length of only 10 mm. As a result, you retain more back focus and can also safely use larger DSLR cameras, even when shooting in the zenith on a fork mount.

The adapter is made of black anodized aluminum and the inside is fully blackened to minimize reflections and stray light. So you benefit from a stable, light-tight connection and high-contrast images.

This adapter is ideal for astrophotographers who want to connect their DSLR (with T-ring) or astro camera with T2 connection to a Schmidt-Cassegrain, ACF or EdgeHD telescope.
