The Omegon Camera veLOX 224 C Color is ideal for anyone taking their first steps in astrophotography. The sensitive Sony IMX224 color sensor allows you to take sharp and high-contrast images of the Moon, planets and even the Sun (with a safe solar filter). Thanks to its compact build and USB 3.0 connection, you get high frame rates and thus perfect basis for lucky imaging.

Because of the speed, you can take hundreds of short exposures and stack them later. This gives you a much sharper end result than with one long shot. The color camera captures details without the need for separate filters. It also does an excellent job as an autoguider: via the ST4 port, you control your mount directly to correct tracking errors during long exposures.
