iOptron SkyGuider Pro - Lightweight Next Camera Mount
The iOptron SkyGuider Pro is perfect for those who want to capture the night sky with a camera or a small telescope. This mount automatically tracks the stars, so you can use longer exposure times. That means sharp, bright wide-angle photos of stars, nebulae and the Milky Way.
Light and powerful
Weighing only 1.45 kg The SkyGuider Pro can use up to 5 kg carry. That's enough for a heavy camera with telephoto lens or a compact telescope. You can also mount a second camera up to 3 kg, ideal for dual-lens aerial photography or creative perspectives.
Easy and precise alignment
Thanks to the iPolar electronic polar finder you no longer have to crawl under the mount. You can see on your laptop exactly where the polar axis is and align the SkyGuider Pro quickly and accurately. Also works in the southern hemisphere and takes atmospheric refraction into account.
Flexible tracking
Use standard star speed For point-shaped stars. Want to capture landscape and stars at the same time? Choose half star speed and both will stay in focus. You can also adjust the solar or lunar speed Setting. Adjusting direction of rotation? You can do that at all four speed levels.
Built-in power source
The SkyGuider Pro has a Li-Polymer battery with 20 hours of capacity. Charging is easy via USB. No hassle with external batteries during a night under the stars.
Easy to use and versatile
With optional Go2Nova hand controller and ST-4 autoguiding you can fully automate the mount. Thanks to the sturdy counterweight bar and robust wormas, your setup will remain stable even with heavy equipment.
