Smarter, more stable and powerful than ever
The Celestron NexStar Evolution-series represents the latest generation of smart GoTo telescopes. Each model of the compact 6-inch to the powerful 9.25-inch combines professional Schmidt-Cassegrain optics with modern electronics and ease of use.
With built-in WiFi you control the telescope directly from your smartphone or tablet via the Celestron SkyPortal app. You simply tap an object, and the telescope automatically aligns itself. No loose cables or complicated alignment just point, look and enjoy.
The integrated lithium iron phosphate battery delivers up to 10 hours To continuous tracking. A USB output even lets you charge your smartphone or camera while observing. Thanks to the reinforced fork arm and precision brass worm wheels the NexStar Evolution tracks celestial objects smoothly and accurately.

Designed for visual observation as well as astrophotography
All models feature StarBright XLT coatings, which maximize light transmission and provide razor-sharp images of both planets and deep-sky objects. The EdgeHD 9.25″ version captures 1.3× more light than the 8″ model and shows fine details in nebulae, galaxies and globular clusters.
For photography, the fork arm offers enough space to accommodate a DSLR or planetary camera attach without colliding with the base. With accessories such as the StarSense AutoAlign or SkySync GPS module easily expand the system further.

Fully integrated convenience
The Celestron NexStar Evolution is built with comfort and durability in mind: sturdy handles, a steel tripod with 2″ legs, illuminated height adjustment, and two accessory shelves (top and bottom) to safely store eyepieces.
The combination of ruggedness, portability and smart electronics makes this system a perfect match for the serious beginner as well as the experienced observer.

The ultimate operating system, heaven at your fingertips
The Celestron NexStar Evolution is designed with one goal: maximum control and ease of use for every user. Thanks to the built-in WiFi operate the telescope entirely through your smartphone or tablet with the Celestron SkyPortal app. The intuitive interface makes alignment and object selection incredibly easy, tap an object on the screen, and the telescope automatically aligns and places it exactly in your eyepiece.
Those who prefer to work traditionally can control the telescope via the supplied NexStar+ hand controller, with access to a database of more than 40,000 objects including the Messier, NGC and Caldwell catalogs. In addition, the telescope is fully compatible with Celestron CPWI (Celestron PWI Telescope Control Software) for control via laptop or PC.
Via the integrated WiFi or hand controller, you easily connect and use the extensive object database and multi-point alignment for maximum GoTo accuracy. Whether you prefer to tap on a screen, work with buttons or with mouse and keyboard, one thing remains the same: with the NexStar Evolution, the universe is literally at your fingertips.

The king of versatility, visual and photographic in one system
The Celestron NexStar Evolution 9.25″ offers the best of both worlds: a powerful visual telescope and a solid foundation for astrophotography. The included 40 mm and 13 mm eyepieces give you instant access to a variety of magnifications and observations. With the 40 mm eyepiece (59×) admire the Orion and Trifid Nebula Or do you see hundreds of galaxies in the Virgo Cluster. With the 13 mm eyepiece (181×) go deeper: discover the structure of the Ring Nebula (M57) and see the remnant of a supernova in the Crab Nebula (M1).
For photographers, the innovative mount extra space between the tube and the base, so you can comfortably have a DSLR or planetary camera can attach without the telescope colliding with the fork arm at high angles. Take close-ups of Jupiter's cloud bands, put the rings of Saturn capture or share the moon in razor-sharp detail. Thanks to its stable design and accurate tracking, the NexStar Evolution is suitable for both visual observations as the first serious steps in astrophotography.
Whether you prefer to watch or photograph, with the Celestron NexStar Evolution you have everything in one complete, future-proof system.
