Compact, lightweight and ready to use immediately
The Bresser AC 70/700 Nano AZ is a true all-round beginner's scope: easy to set up, lightweight and immediately ready for observation.
With his 70 mm opening and 700 mm focal length it offers an excellent balance between magnification and image brightness. Perfect for those who want to take their first steps into astronomy, or just want to do some relaxed stargazing from the garden or balcony.
The Azimuthal Nano mount makes aiming intuitive, similar to moving a photo tripod. You easily move the telescope up, down, left or right and follow objects smoothly through the sky.

Bright, high-contrast optics
The achromatic double lens (dublet) Minimizes color errors and delivers sharp images of Moon and planets.
With the 70 mm aperture the telescope captures about 100 times more light than the human eye, making even fainter stars visible.
What to expect to see:
- Moon: craters, mountains and shadow edges sharply visible
- Jupiter: four Galilean moons and cloud bands
- Saturn: rings easily recognizable at correct magnification
- Orion Nebula and Pleiades: in dark skies visible as nebulous patches and clusters of stars
The included zenith mirror (90°) straightens the image and allows comfortable viewing even when the telescope is at a high position.

User-friendly mount and tripod
The Nano AZ mount is stable and easy to operate without counterweights or alignment.
The aluminum tripod is height adjustable and features an accessory tray where you keep eyepieces or filters within easy reach.
Thanks to its light weight of only a few pounds, you can effortlessly take the telescope to a dark location.

This is my first telescope, it is easy to use and gives a good image. The phone holder is super rickety so if you want that I would definitely choose another one.
