The Sky-Watcher Telescope AC 102/500 StarTravel-102 AZ-Go2 is a versatile telescope that combines wide-angle observations with modern technology. This way you automatically find and follow more than 10,000 celestial objects, without complicated settings or knowledge of the night sky.

The achromatic refractor with 102 mm aperture and short focal length of 500 mm (f/4.9) provides bright, high-contrast images over a wide field of view. This makes this telescope ideal for observing open star clusters, mists and the Galaxy. Planetary observations also provide surprisingly sharp images: the Moon shows clear craters and shadows, and Saturn's rings and Jupiter's moons are nicely visible.

The StarTravel optics is known for its lightweight and compact construction. With only 2 kg of tube weight and a stable, stainless steel tripod, the telescope is easy to move and quickly ready for use. The included 90° star diagonal provides a comfortable viewing angle, ideal for high objects in the sky.

The AZ-Go2 mount features quiet servo motors that automatically compensate for sky rotation. The single-arm construction is light, stable and prevents collision when aiming toward the zenith. Thanks to the Vixen-Style dovetail you can also mount other tubes or instruments. The telescope runs on batteries or a 12V adapter (not included).
