Bresser Dobson Telescope N 203/1200 Messier Hexafoc DOB is a powerful 8-inch Newton reflector that combines excellent optical performance with the practical convenience of a classic Dobson. With its 203 mm parabolic main mirror and 1200 mm focal length, this telescope delivers an exceptionally bright and high-contrast image, ideal for deep sky objects as well as sharp planetary observations.

The f/6 ratio optics capture an enormous amount of light and allow observations up to a limiting magnitude of 13.3. Under dark skies, you can see thousands of stars in globular clusters such as M13 in Hercules and subtle nebular structures in the Orion Nebula. The thin capture mirror supports minimize diffraction, keeping star points sharp.

The sturdy Hexafoc 2.5″ focuser offers a clear aperture of 64 mm and can easily accommodate large 2” wide-angle eyepieces. This ensures a clear, wide image without vignetting. The focuser is smooth, precise and can be equipped with an optional 1:10 fine adjustment for astrophotography.

The Rocker box mount is simple but well thought out: the wooden base moves smoothly in height and azimuth and can be disassembled in minutes without tools. Thanks to the metal quick couplers and tube clamps with elevation wheels, the telescope remains perfectly balanced and you can also use the tube separately on an equatorial mount.
