Like the original model, the Vaonis Vespera Pro Smart Telescope from Vaonis a telescope and camera in one compact system. This improved version features a larger image sensor than its predecessor, an updated field corrector, a built-in dew heating system, more internal storage and longer battery life. All these improvements combine to provide higher image quality and one of the best resolutions within the smart telescope segment.
The Vespera Pro is equipped with a 50 mm apochromatic quadruplet lens consisting of two groups of dual lenses made of low-dispersion S-FPL52 glass. With a focal length of 250 mm, a brightness of f/5 and a field of view of 1.6° x 1.6°, the telescope delivers sharp, well-corrected images that appear directly on your smartphone or tablet.
Wherever you are, the Vespera Pro takes you through the universe. Thanks to the Sony sensor and high-quality quadruplet optics, you'll take pictures in Ultra-HD with natural colors and high detail. The telescope automatically performs all the steps: initialization, alignment, tracking and focusing through the built-in Star Field Recognition technology.
The 225 GB internal storage provides space for numerous high-resolution files, so you can shoot several nights in a row without memory problems. In addition, there is a built-in hygrometer that automatically activates the anti-fog function when temperature and humidity reach a certain threshold. The illuminated button can be set to red light to preserve your night vision.
Included are an integrated level, a USB-C connector and a lens cap, among others. For optimal stability, Vaonis recommends the Premium High Carbon Fiber tripod to, specially designed for the Vespera series.
Please note that the LumENS Assistant is currently only available on iOS; support for Android is under investigation.

Enhance your Vespera Smart Telescope experience.
Vaonis has the Vespera Pro equipped with an array of new features that build on the impressive performance of the original model. This advanced version not only offers a larger sensor and an updated field corrector, but also retains the convenience of fully automatic observation and photography. The Vespera Pro is a complete, self-contained system; you don't need any additional accessories to get started right away. So you spend less time setting up and more time exploring and capturing. Below you can read more about the improvements that make the Vespera Pro one of today's most advanced smart telescopes.

Sony sensor in the Vespera Pro
Improved sensor and higher resolution
The Vaonis Vespera Pro Smart Telescope is equipped with an updated sensor that provides higher resolution than the original Vespera. This Pro version uses the latest Sony Starvis 2 IMX676 sensor, one of the most advanced CMOS sensors on the market. This sensor delivers exceptionally sharp images in JPG, TIFF and FITS format (16-bit RAW), with a resolution of 12.5 megapixels and a pixel size of 2 µm. Combined with the 250 mm focal length, this results in an image scale of 1.6 arc seconds per pixel. Thanks to CovalENS technology the effective resolution can even reach 50 megapixels, getting even more detail out of your deep-sky shots.

CovalENS - panoramas of the universe
With CovalENS, the first built-in “panorama mode” system in a telescope, you can capture a much larger sky area than the standard field of view. The Vespera Pro automatically combines multiple shots into one large mosaic, allowing you to photograph entire nebulae, star clusters or galaxies. Consider, for example, the Andromeda Nebula, which with its size of about 3 degrees is six times larger than the full moon - and can be fully imaged with CovalENS.
The maximum angle of view is 3,2° x 3,2° or 4,18° x 2,45°, depending on orientation, with increased resolution in mosaic mode. The software takes into account the north-south orientation of the sky (EQ), so it does not matter how the object is in the sky. In addition, it automatically uses dithering, a technique that reduces image noise and “hot pixels” for purer results.

PerseverENS - more detail with night overlays
Thanks to the PerseverENS update in the Singularity app allows you to spread observations over several nights. The telescope knows exactly where you stopped the previous session and adds new shots to the same data set. Because of that extra exposure time, the signal-to-noise ratio added, making faint details more visible. This function works in conjunction with CovalENS and the Plan My Night 2 module in the app, which allows you to effortlessly plan multi-day panorama projects, up to five at a time.

LumENS - your personal guide in the cosmos
With LumENS transforms the Vespera Pro into an interactive learning experience. This AI assistant provides background information about the objects you observe, via text or spoken explanation. You can even ask questions - with your voice or via text - and LumENS provides immediate answers. So you learn more about stars, nebulae and planets while observing, completely at your pace and without storing personal data. LumENS is integrated into the Singularity app and currently available for iOS (Support for Android is being explored).
Note that LumENS does not support manually entered objects and may occasionally provide inaccurate information because the feature is still under development.

New field corrector - edge-to-edge sharpness
The Vespera Pro's larger sensor places higher demands on the optics. Therefore, Vaonis has developed a new field correction system developed that ensures a perfectly flat field of view so that stars remain sharp and dot-shaped across the entire frame. This corrector utilizes the full 12 MP resolution of the sensor, resulting in high-contrast and bright deep-sky images without distortion at the edges.

Safe design - protected while traveling
The Vespera Pro comes with a reinforced fly case with aluminum frame and high-density internal foam padding. This allows you to transport the instrument safely and store it dust and shockproof when not in use. In addition, the telescope is equipped with a security lock, so you can go out for on-site observations or astrophotography worry-free.

Share your discoveries
The Vespera Pro Makes stargazing more social than ever. Through the Singularity app you can up to five devices simultaneously connect in multi-user mode, so family or friends can watch along live. What's more, you can share your best shots directly into Ultra HD on social media or within the app community. In this way, you literally bring the splendor of the universe closer to others.

Fully automated observation system
The Vespera Pro automates the entire observation process:
- Auto-initialization: calibration via GPS, astrometry and star recognition.
- Auto-alignment: the telescope automatically moves to the selected object.
- Auto-tracking: the system compensates for earth rotation so that objects remain perfectly in focus.
- Auto-focus: focus is adjusted automatically for optimum results.
Within five minutes, the telescope is observation-ready, ideal for those who want to observe efficiently without technical settings.

Singularity app & Expert Mode
The free Singularity app is the mastermind of the Vespera Pro. With a catalog of over 4,300 objects, including planets like Jupiter and Saturn, easily plan your observing nights with the Plan My Night 2 feature.
The Expert Mode, exclusive to the Pro version, offers advanced users more control over exposure time, gain and number of shots. You can also dark calibration frames (dark frames) record and allow automatic subtraction to minimize thermal noise. The included lens cap also serves as a tool for these calibrations.
The app is available for iOS and Android and is at the heart of the modern Vaonis experience: observing, photographing, learning and sharing, all through one intuitive interface.
