The Omegon Camera veLOX 178 M Mono is a fast mono astro camera for planets, Moon and Sun, and also works excellently as an autoguider. With the Sony IMX178 sensor and its extremely small pixels (2.4 µm), you can capture details you’ll never see visually: from structures in Jupiter’s clouds to fine lunar rilles and solar flares.

Important to know
This camera has no built-in color filter (mono). For color, you use separate filters or a filter wheel. Lucky imaging becomes easy thanks to USB 3.0 speeds and the ability to read only part of the sensor for even more frames per second.
