The Omegon Camera veTEC 571 C Color is designed for astrophotographers who want to combine high detail with a wide field of view. With the Sony IMX571 sensor, you have 26 megapixels and high quantum efficiency, making this camera excellent for deep-sky photography.
The cooling can reduce temperature up to 35°C below ambient temperature and ensures very low-noise images, even during long exposures. The back-illuminated sensor is virtually free from amp-glow and delivers sharp, high-contrast images of nebulae and galaxies. Since this version has a color sensor, you can capture RGB images directly without filter wheels.
Thanks to the built-in USB hub, an accessory such as a guiding camera or focuser can be connected directly. This reduces the number of loose cables. The camera fits all common telescopes thanks to the T2 and 2″ connection.
