The Omegon Camera veTEC 432 M Mono is built for astrophotographers who demand control and precision when capturing the universe. This camera combines exceptionally low noise with large pixels and a global shutter, making it excel in both deep-sky photography and fast planetary and lunar imaging.
Where classic CMOS cameras reach their limits at long focal lengths, the veTEC 432 M Mono makes the difference. With 9 µm pixels, each pixel captures more photons, ensuring an excellent signal-to-noise ratio and detail in faint deep-sky objects. For fast imaging – planets, the Moon, or the Sun – the global shutter eliminates disturbing distortions and delivers up to 94 frames per second.
The active cooling reduces the temperature to 30°C below ambient temperature. This limits hot pixels and makes calibration with dark frames very accurate. Even during summer nights, the images remain clean and reproducible. The built-in USB hub on the camera ensures a neat setup: accessories like a guiding camera can be connected directly, without additional cable chaos.
This camera is robustly built and comes in a padded transport case, allowing for safe transport to observation sites. Thanks to the T2 thread and 2″ adapter, it fits virtually any telescope.

What Makes this Camera Special?
The veTEC 432 M Mono is one of the few cameras “in this segment with large 9 µm pixels and a global shutter. Combined with active cooling and robust build quality, this gives serious astrophotographers a reliable and versatile instrument. Where other camera” s show limitations at long focal lengths or high frame rates, the veTEC 432 M Mono remains sharp, fast, and consistent.
