Bresser MC 100/1400 - Compact Maksutov for razor-sharp images of Moon and Planets

The Bresser MC 100/1400 is small in size, but big in performance. Thanks to the Maksutov design, you get a bright, high-contrast image with no color aberrations. Perfect for those just starting out and want to explore the Moon, Jupiter or Saturn right away with sharpness to every detail.

Clear, stable and easy to use
The 100 mm aperture captures enough light to make craters, rings and cloud bands clearly visible. The long focal length of 1400 mm provides comfortable magnifications, so you can quietly view any object without vibration.

The EQ-3 mount keeps your image stable and compensates for the earth's rotation. This keeps your objects neatly in focus while you observe. You move smoothly, without jitter or loss of focus - ideal for longer observation sessions.

Versatile and expandable
The MC 100/1400 is not just a telescope for the night. With an Amiciprism (optional accessory) you can also use it during the day for nature observations. Thanks to the universal 1/4″ connection, you easily mount it on a standard camera tripod. Want to shoot later? DSLR adapters are available so you can take your first astrophotos.

Ready to use - right out of the box
This telescope comes with everything you need to get started right away: a 26 mm SPL eyepiece, red dot viewfinder, 90° zenith prism, slow motion control and even a sunscreen For safe observation of sunspots. Within minutes you are ready to explore the sky.

What to expect
✓ Moon: detailed craters and sharp shadows
✓ Planets: clear cloud bands, rings and color contrasts
✓ Deep-sky: bright star clusters and nebulae visible under dark sky
✓ Sun: safe observation with included solar filter
✗ Not suitable for terrestrial observation without an Amiciprism
