Omegon 2 “eyepiece and filter set”
With this accessory set, you can upgrade to 2 eyepieces and open the door to wide-field observations. Three 2 “eyepieces, a 2× Barlow lens, a 2” zenith mirror, and five color filters are all contained in a sturdy aluminum case. Perfect for those who want to see more of large nebulae, star clusters, and galaxies.
Three 2″ Eyepieces for Wide-Field Views
The set includes three 2 “Kellner eyepieces of 40mm, 32mm, and 26mm. Thanks to the larger eyepiece format, you can see more sky at once compared to a standard 1.25” eyepiece. Large open clusters, the Pleiades, the Andromeda Galaxy, or supernova remnants fit completely in view. The generous eye relief allows comfortable viewing, even while wearing glasses.
2× Barlow Lens
The included 2 “Barlow lens doubles your telescope’s focal length and instantly gives you six different magnifications. With an optional adapter, you can also use this Barlow lens with 1.25” eyepieces.
2″ Zenith Mirror
The 2 “zenith mirror enables comfortable observation with 2” accessories on refractors and Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes. The mirror has an SC thread adapter and a compression ring to securely hold eyepieces without scratching.
Color Filters for Contrast
The set includes five 2″ color filters (green, yellow, orange, red, and blue). These filters enhance contrast on planets and the moon. Details like Jupiter’s Great Red Spot, Mars’ polar caps, or fine lunar structures become more clearly visible.
Everything Safely Stored
All components are neatly stored in a sturdy aluminum case with foam cutouts, making it easy to transport and protect everything.
