Do you enjoy setting up your smart Seestar under the starry sky and want to get even more out of your photos? Omegon offers several useful tools to achieve this. All accessories are robust and durable, as they are made of metal.
The components fit together as follows:
The Omegon dust and dew shield for the Seestar S50 attaches directly to the Seestar and ends in an M62 x 0.75 thread. You can screw the Omegon Adapter M62 – M48 (2 “” filter Seestar S50) or the Omegon spike mask ZWO Seestar S50 onto this (both parts require the M62 thread, as the Seestar itself doesn’t have such a thread).
The Omegon adjustable tripod feet (for example for the Seestar S50) can be placed under any tripod, including the Seestar tripod.
Dew shield and lens cap
The dew shield not only prevents precipitation from reaching the lens. It also reduces the reflection of disturbing light sources such as street lighting in the Seestar optics. This helps the automatic image processing create even sharper photos. The included lens cap protects the lens against dust and moisture.
Note: Remove the dew shield before turning off the Seestar and putting it in park position. However, the lens cap can remain on the telescope when it’s in park position.
