With the 32mm eyepiece from the Omegon SWA series, you’ll get the maximum width from your telescope. This 2-inch wide-angle eyepiece provides low magnification and a 70° field of view, ideal for objects too large to fit in a shorter eyepiece. Think extensive nebulae, the Andromeda Galaxy, or complete open star clusters.
The optics consist of five carefully positioned lens elements in three groups. Full multi-coating and blackened lens edges provide a bright, high-contrast image and reduce stray light. The robust rubber exterior provides a firm grip.
The adjustable eye cup – the edge you look against – can be rotated to set the perfect eye relief, even when wearing glasses. Within the SWA series, all eyepieces are parfocal, meaning you hardly need to refocus when switching between them.
