Return and Cancellation Policy

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, physically receives the last item.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter by mail, email, or through our return form). You may optionally use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification about exercising your right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you decide to cancel the agreement, we will:

• Refund all payments you have made, including the original shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery).
• Process the refund without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after we have received your decision to cancel the agreement.
• Process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

However, we may delay the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package. Please consult your carrier’s website for exact rates.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
• Damage or depreciation: If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to test or inspect the product, we may charge you for the depreciation. Therefore, handle the product carefully and ensure proper packaging when returning.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal?

1. Contact us via info@telescoop.nl to register your return.
2. Include your invoice or a copy of your order confirmation with the return shipment.
3. Ensure the product is well packaged to prevent damage during transport.

We will refund the due order amount within 14 days after receiving your return, provided the product is received in good condition.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that are specially made to order or personalized.
• Products whose seal has been broken after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons.
