Omegon Dew Shield 30 cm for Eyepieces and Objectives: also suitable for camera lenses<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A dew strap works differently than a dew shield. Instead of shielding the optics, it holds the glass edge a few degrees above the dew point. This prevents water vapor from condensing on it, even at high humidity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With 30 cm, this strap accommodates both large eyepieces and camera lenses. For astrophotographers with a lens setup on a tracker, this is often the right size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applying and adjusting<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Wrap the strap around the eyepiece, lens, or tube. The flexible design conforms to the curve, and the hook-and-loop closure secures it in place. A controller allows for stepless power adjustment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All LED strips in this series operate at 12V and have an RCA connector. For stepless dimming, use a controller; without a controller, the strip always runs at full power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
