What do you see through the SkyMax-180 PRO?<\/h2>\n

The 180 PRO is the series' planetary cannon. At a 2700mm focal length, the included 10mm eyepiece already provides 270x magnification: detail levels on Jupiter and Saturn normally only seen in photos, provided the sky cooperates. The moon becomes an endless collection of ridges, crater chains, and mountain shadows. Double stars are its second specialty: the high resolution of the 180mm splits close pairs that smaller telescopes keep together.<\/p>\n

The extremely long focal length provides high magnifications with simple eyepieces and a calm, high-contrast image.
