The adapter clips onto the Sony E-mount bayonet and screws into the M48 connection on the other side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M48 has a larger clear aperture than a classic T2 mount. This prevents vignetting (dark corners), especially on larger sensors.
