This allows the entire Moon or a larger planetary field to fit in the frame without mosaicking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Via USB 3.0, the camera achieves up to 93 frames per second at full resolution, which is enough to stack the best seeing moments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.telescoop.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/iOptron-464C-Camera-iCam.jpg\" alt=\"iOptron 464C Camera iCam\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Low noise and NIR range<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The readout noise drops to approximately 0.71e; HCG automatically engages from gain 80, and DPS suppresses outlier pixels using dark frames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 464C also peaks between 800 and 850 nm: with an IR850 or CH4 filter, you photograph planets in the quieter infrared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>From Moon to bright deep-sky<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The larger field also makes the 464C suitable for bright deep-sky objects and continuous solar or lunar imaging.
