Op vochtige avonden koelt het glas voor in de buis snel af en slaat het neer; deze kap vertraagt dat proces aanzienlijk, zodat je sessie niet vroegtijdig eindigt met een wazig beeld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daarnaast werkt de kap als strooilichtscherm. Licht van straatlantaarns of de maan dat schuin invalt wordt geblokkeerd, wat direct meer contrast oplevert. En overdag beschermt de kap het glas tegen stof, krassen en vingers.
