Optolong L-Pro 1.25\u201d filter: natural colors under city light<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The L-Pro is Optolong's most refined broadband filter: multiple precisely placed passbands block the emission lines of streetlights and natural airglow, while keeping the color balance virtually neutral. This makes it the light pollution filter for objects that need to retain their color: galaxies, star clusters, reflection nebulae, and the Milky Way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the 1.25-inch version, you screw the filter into eyepieces, camera nosepieces, and filter wheels with a 1.25-inch connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neutral where other filters color<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

More aggressive filters like CLS or UHC give a clear color cast and cost signal on broadband objects. The L-Pro preserves subtle hues and thus also saves processing time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
