An extension tube solves this by placing the accessory a fixed distance further from the telescope.

This version uses a ring clamp that secures the accessory all around instead of with a pointed screw. That prevents tilting, which in photography would be immediately visible as skewed stars. The internal grooves absorb stray light.

Features

Telescope side and accessory side 2 inch

Optical length 80 mm

2-inch filter thread (M48)

Ring clamp for uniform clamping without tilting

Internal anti-reflection grooves against stray light

Aluminium, black, 140 g

Compatibility

For telescopes and accessories with a 2-inch connection.
