Omegon Guide Scope Rings Tube Clamps 120 mm: the heavy rings for larger guide scopes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Where the Basic rings carry lightweight guidescopes, this set is built for more serious tubes up to 120 mm in diameter. Two aluminum rings weighing over a kilo together clamp the finderscope rigidly in place, because any movement between the main telescope and the guider translates directly into elongated stars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The set screws have plastic tips that secure the tube without damaging the paint, with room to finely align the viewing direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
