This makes this 45\u00b0 Amici prism perfect for daytime bird watching, ship tracking or landscape viewing through your telescope, without having to \u201cflip\u201d your brain. The 45\u00b0 viewing angle ensures a relaxed posture, especially during longer sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The prism has a 1.25-inch connection in and out, so you snap it directly into most refractors, Maksutovs and Schmidt-Cassegrains and use your existing 1.25\u2033 eyepieces. Looking specifically for a star-diagonal for high magnifications? Be aware that an Amici prism can sometimes show a fine diffraction line at bright stars; for moon\/planets at high magnifications, a standard diagonal is the better choice.
