With a focal length of 38 mm and a 2-inch mount, this eyepiece gives very low magnification and a field of view of as much as 70\u00b0. This gives a panoramic effect, as if looking at the night sky through a large window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Large nebulae, the Milky Way or vast fields of stars fit fully into view with ease. This makes the 38 mm eyepiece an ideal choice for quietly and leisurely scanning the sky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The optical design consists of five lenses in three groups. Full multicoating, blackened lens edges and internal shielding ensure maximum clarity and contrast.
