Sky-Watcher Heritage-76: The entry-level Dobson that fits anywhere<\/h2>\n

What do you see through the Heritage 76?<\/h2>\n

The Moon is the showstopper: craters, maria, and the terminator are sharply visible. Jupiter appears as a disc with its four bright moons alongside it, and Saturn as a bright dot recognizable by its rings. Under a dark sky, you can also observe bright star clusters like the Pleiades. Be honest with yourself and your child: fine planetary details like cloud bands are for larger models. Set, aim, look<\/h2>\n

The wooden table-Dobson mount rotates smoothly in all directions. You place it on a table or windowsill, aim with the finder, and look. The 1.25-inch focuser accepts almost any standard eyepiece, so upgrading is always possible later.
