That atmospheric dispersion visibly costs detail. The ADC Mark II corrects this with two precisely adjustable prisms that cause an opposing refraction, so that all colors coincide again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The effect is immediately visible: sharper, true-to-color images of Jupiter, Saturn, and Mars, both visually and on camera. The corrector works as low as approximately 15 degrees above the horizon, significantly extending the viewing season for each planet.
