De Sony IMX678 levert 3840 x 2160 pixels (8,3 MP) van 2,0 micrometer, zonder Bayer-matrix: elk pixel vangt het volledige signaal. In combinatie met filters haal je zo het absolute maximum aan scherpte en contrast uit maan, zon en planeten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compared to the older ASI178MM, the read noise is lower, the infrared response is better, and the amplifier glow has completely vanished.
