Color filters enhance the contrast between light and dark areas, making details on the moon and planets more visible that would otherwise be lost without a filter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every opening requires different filter densities: the larger the telescope, the more light enters and the denser the filters may be.
