Anyone who often takes their telescope with them in the car knows how easily a screw or button can be damaged if something gets in the way. This Celestron AVX transport packaging made of foam, the Styropack from Oklop, keeps the telescope firmly in place during transport.

The AVX is a equatorial mount which is widely used for visual observation and the first steps in astrophotography, for example under the EdgeHD 800 on AVX. There is a stand for the tripod. a padded bag for the AVX tripod.

Remove the counterweights, secure the axles and separate the hand controller and cables. This will prevent pressure on the connections. Store the packaging in a dry place.

Oklop Styropack foam for the Celestron AVX, for transport to a dark place without damaged knobs or mounting screws.

[494
504,3155,56

post-113339","product","type-product","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","product_brand-oklop","product_cat-draagtassen","product_cat-montering-tassen","product_cat-telescoop-accessoires","first","instock","taxable","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-simple
https://www.telescoop.nl/en/transportverpakking-van-piepschuim-voor-celestron-cgx-montering-styropack-oklop/
Oklop foam packaging for the large Celestron CGX, so that the mount is secure and protected in the car.
https://i0.wp.com/www.telescoop.nl/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/67262_1.jpg?resize=350%2C200&ssl=1 1x, https://i0.wp.com/www.telescoop.nl/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/67262_1.jpg?resize=525%2C300&ssl=1 1.5x

https://www.telescoop.nl/en/transportverpakking-van-piepschuim-voor-sky-watcher-eq6-r-montering-styropack-oklop/
Oklop’s Styropack foam for the Sky-Watcher EQ6-R.
