No matter how carefully you clean your camera and filters, a few particles are always visible in a stretched image. With the DayStar flat cap FC150, you can create flat frames: shots of a uniformly lit surface through your own optics. Stacksoftware uses those flats to account for vignetting and the shadows of particles on your sensor and filters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Measure the outer diameter of the front of your tube or snorkel and check if the FC150 fits there. If you are unsure about a size, compare it with the flat cap FC140<\/a> or the flat cap FC154<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
