De TeleVue Ploessl 15 mm is de middenvergroting van de serie en samen met een barlow de spil van menige oculairtas: rechtstreeks een 15 mm, met 2x barlow een 7,5 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het contrastrijke, vlakke beeld maakt hem even geschikt voor de Maan als voor helderder deep-sky werk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TeleVue Ploessl design<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Four lenses in two groups are all a good Ploessl needs. Because there are few glass surfaces, transmission remains high and contrast is maximized: precisely the characteristics that matter for planetary and lunar observation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TeleVue T-type optics brought the design to the current level in the seventies, with tight manufacturing tolerances, multiple coatings, and blackened lens edges. You can see the difference compared to a standard supplied eyepiece right at the edge of the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De spil van een kleine set<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Twee Ploessls en een barlow dekken vier vergrotingen. De 15 mm is daarin vrijwel altijd de eerste keuze, omdat zowel de directe als de gebarlowde vergroting in het meest gebruikte bereik valt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De oogafstand van ongeveer 11 mm is voor een Ploessl ruim en maakt langere sessies comfortabel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In your telescope<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In een telescoop met 1200 mm brandpuntsafstand levert dit oculair ongeveer 80x met een waar beeldveld van circa 0,61 graden. Voor je eigen telescoop: waar beeldveld = 57,3 x veldstop gedeeld door de brandpuntsafstand van de telescoop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De effectieve veldstop van dit model is circa 12,8 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Featured accessories<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A TeleVue 2x or 3x Barlow lens doubles or triples the magnification of any Ploessl eyepiece without any loss of quality; two Ploessl eyepieces plus a Barlow lens thus cover four magnification levels. Models 25 mm and larger also accept the Dioptrx astigmatism corrector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
